1. Introduction

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Flow Space (“we,” “us”) is a web development and design agency based in Osun, Nigeria, dedicated to solving business challenges while training local talent in tools like Webflow, Flutter, SEMrush and many more.

2. Services

• What We Provide: Web design, app development, SEO, and branding.
• How We Work: Projects are executed by our team of developers and designers in Osun, Nigeria, who are trained through client work under strict NDAs.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project details, content, and feedback promptly.
• Respect the expertise of our team, including junior developers in training.
• Not misuse deliverables (e.g., reverse-engineer code, plagiarize designs).

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: Quoted upfront; 50% deposit required to start work.
• Subscriptions: Tool renewals (e.g., SEMrush, Webflow) billed monthly. Late payments incur 5% fees.
• Refunds: None for completed work. Partial refunds for canceled projects at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• You Own: Final designs, code, and content created for your project.
• We Own: Internal tools, templates, and training materials used by our team.

6. Confidentiality

• NDAs: Our team signs NDAs before accessing client data.
• Your Data: Used solely for your project. Never shared externally without consent.

7. Training & Talent Development

• Ethical Upskill: Junior developers may work on anonymized project segments to master tools like Flutter and Webflow.
• Quality Assurance: Senior developers review all deliverables to ensure global standards.

8. Limitations

• No Guarantees: While we strive for perfection, we don’t guarantee specific SEO rankings or app store approvals.
• Liability Cap: Limited to fees paid for the project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. You pay for work completed.

10. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: Governed by Nigerian law. Disputes resolved in Osun courts.
• GDPR: For EU clients, we comply with GDPR data rights.

11. Updates

We’ll notify you of term changes via email newsletter. Continued use = acceptance.
