Why Animation Added Character
To capture the fun and creativity inherent in tattoo culture, static design wasn't enough. We used a combination of GSAP and native Webflow interactions to introduce subtle yet engaging animations, like hover effects on tattoo examples or section transitions. These motion elements not only made the site more memorable but also demonstrably increased user time-on-page as visitors explored the interactive elements.
